Warwickshire Probation Trust's Vision is:
We are committed to preventing victims by changing lives.
The values of Warwickshire Probation Trust are:
Change: We have a strong belief in the capacity of people to change
Harm: We will take an uncompromising stance against the harm caused by crime
And
Responsibility: We believe that everyone is responsible for their actions
Respect: We will treat everyone fairly, openly and with respect
Diversity: We value and celebrate diversity and value the uniqueness of each individual
Excellence: We strive for organisational excellence through learning from experience and continually improving everything we do
Consisting of 7 non-executive members, the Trust's purpose is to ensure that Warwickshire Probation delivers the aims and objectives of the National Offender Management Service and the Minister of Justice.
The Trust also provides a voice for the local community in the running of the Probation services in Warwickshire.
As the employer of nearly 180 staff, the Trust must maintain and deliver against an annual plan which follows national objectives and is supported by a nationally agreed budget.
The Chair and members of the Trust are drawn from a wide cross section of the community.
Trust meetings are open to the public.
