LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (Temporary for up to 1 year)

SALARY: £28,185 - £35,727 pro rata

BASED: Warwick & Leamington Spa

HOURS: 18.5 hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented trainer to join a small enthusiastic and supportive HR team. You will be responsible for developing our learning and development opportunities and ensure our employees are equipped with skills to achieve our future business strategy.

You need to hold a training qualification and be confident and experienced in the design and delivery of training solutions, including external commissioning where appropriate.

The post is 18.5 hours per week but there may be the possibility of extra hours. We would also want the postholder to be able to offer some flexibility in working hours.
